About the Role

We're hiring our first dedicated Product Owner to be the bridge between a US-based manufacturing client and our engineering team. You'll be on calls and in writing with US stakeholders every day, so strong English is essential for this role.

You don't need years of Product Owner experience. If your written and spoken English is excellent, you bring positive energy, learn fast, and have some exposure to Agile/Scrum, we want to hear from you. This is a great next step for Customer Success Executives, Business Analysts, Programme/Project Assistants, Account Managers — or sharp fresh grads ready to prove themselves.

What You'll Need

• Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be communicating with US clients daily, so this matters more than years of experience
• Positive energy, genuine curiosity, and a real willingness to learn
• Some exposure to Agile/Scrum (worked in an Agile team, took a course, or similar — doesn't need to be a certification)
• Comfortable being organized, juggling priorities, and staying calm when things move fast
• Hungry to grow beyond your job title

What You'll Do

• Run daily/weekly check-ins with the team and directly with our US client
• Keep track of project tasks and priorities (what's called a backlog) and write clear, simple descriptions of what needs to be built
• Decide what work matters most based on business value
• Turn manufacturing business problems into digital solutions
• Coordinate daily with engineers and data specialists
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up your own work — research, documentation, mockups
• Help build our processes as we grow and take on more clients

Nice to Have

• Background in Customer Success, Business Analysis, Account Management, or Programme/Project support
• Interest in manufacturing, industrial, or operations
• Any familiarity with Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, Figma, or Miro
• Scrum/Agile certification (CSPO, PSPO) — a bonus, not a requirement
