Job Description
Position: Junior People Management Specialist
Location: Landco Corporate Bldg., Bajada, Davao City, Philippines
Schedule: Rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)
Work Setup: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line HR support to shift-based teams and employees.
Assist in onboarding, documentation, and maintaining staff records.
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, leaves, and absence management.
Support implementation of company policies, HR processes, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
Keeps and monitors employee records, benefits, and performance.
Address basic employee queries and escalate issues as needed.
Prepare routine HR reports and assist with data entry in HRIS systems as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field (preferred, not required for exceptional candidates).
At least 2 years of experience in HR, people operations, or admin support.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work flexible shifts.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on a rotational schedule.
Team-oriented, reliable, keen to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with front-line operational activities during assigned shifts.
Accurately complete delegated tasks and maintain service standards.
Support team leads/managers with administrative or workflow duties.
Report process issues or inefficiencies to management as needed.
Ensure compliance with all company and quality processes.
Participate in team meetings, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Collaborate with shift teammates to maintain a cohesive, productive work environment.
