Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of hands-on Australian Parabroking, end-to-end mortgage processing, or senior loan processing experience
  • Proven end-to-end experience managing Australian residential mortgage applications from pre-assessment and submission through approval and settlement
  • Strong knowledge of Australian lender policies, NCCP compliance, credit assessment requirements, and servicing standards
  • Hands-on experience with income assessment, borrowing capacity calculations, and servicing calculators
  • Proven ability to assess income for PAYG, casual, contractor, self-employed, trust, and company applicants
  • Experience processing owner-occupied, investment, refinancing, equity release, and construction loans
  • Strong experience reviewing payslips, bank statements, tax returns, credit reports, and other supporting financial documents
  • Proven ability to independently manage mortgage files, including document verification, lender follow-ups, valuation management, repricing, loan submissions, and settlement coordination
  • Experience coordinating with brokers, lenders, clients, solicitors/conveyancers, and valuers throughout the loan process
  • Proficiency with Australian mortgage platforms, including ApplyOnline (AOL), Infinity/MyCRM, Mercury Nexus, and DocuSign
  • Exposure to Broker Engine, AFG Flex, LoanApp, Salestrekker, FileInvite, lender portals, or similar platforms is highly advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills, with the confidence to manage files and resolve issues independently

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Australian residential and investment mortgage loan applications from submission through settlement
  • Review client documents, identify outstanding requirements, and verify income and borrowing capacity for PAYG, casual, self-employed, trust, company, and SMSF applicants
  • Prepare lender applications, submission notes, and compliance documentation while ensuring aggregator and lender requirements are met
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, builders, valuers, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process
  • Monitor lender requirements, valuations, loan approvals, and construction progress payments to ensure timely settlements and SLA compliance
  • Maintain accurate loan records in Infinity, MyCRM, or equivalent CRM systems
  • Proactively manage multiple loan applications with minimal supervision
