What you'll be doing:

You'll lead the introduction of new products into our supply chain by applying the New Product Development process. This means managing launches for assigned categories on time, at the agreed quality and cost, while integrating local supply chain requirements and communicating them to global and local teams. You'll ensure accurate product data, validate component quality, and work closely with suppliers to guarantee timely development and availability. Collaboration is key-you'll partner with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive efficiencies, resolve challenges, and support sustainability goals through eco-friendly packaging solutions and waste reduction.

Key responsibilities:

Leading product launches for assigned categories, ensuring timely execution at agreed quality and cost.
Developing and maintaining accurate product data, including packaging specifications and 100% BOM accuracy.
Conducting and validating component testing to ensure compliance and product integrity.
Building strong supplier partnerships to improve technical capabilities, quality, service, and cost.
Driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance product design efficiency and resolve issues.
Supporting continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives for Global/Local Innovation R&D.
Contributing to Avon's sustainability objectives through environmentally friendly packaging and resource conservation.

What we're looking for:

A degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ideally 3 years experience in FMCG within Supply Chain or technical/commercial roles.
Strong skills in package development, technical drawings, and BOM creation.
Project management experience with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team environment.
A proactive problem solver with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
