The PR Account Executive plays a key role in the development, execution, and management of strategic PR programs and integrated marketing campaigns. This position works closely with the PR Account Manager and serves as a primary point of coordination between clients and internal teamsincluding Media & Influencer Relations, Events, Creatives, Advertising, Digital, and Communicationsto successfully deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage day-to-day client communications and maintain strong working relationships with partner agencies and internal teams.
- Lead project coordination to ensure deliverables are accurate, aligned with strategy, and completed on schedule.
- Prepare reports, campaign updates, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor campaign budgets, expenses, and product inventories to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews, providing insights and recommendations.
Editorial & Content Development
- Develop high-quality written materials, including press releases, media pitches, executive speeches, event scripts, and digital content.
- Localize and adapt regional or global press materials for the Philippine market.
- Collaborate with creatives and digital teams to develop compelling campaign assets; capable of producing basic visual content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Media Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate daily media coverage across traditional and digital platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive campaign reports, coverage analyses, and actionable insights for clients.
- Track KPIs and contribute to post-campaign evaluations and strategic recommendations.
Client Support & Strategic Contribution
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for clients.
- Research and recommend relevant media, influencer, and partnership opportunities.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest creative, strategic solutions to elevate brand presence and reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in PR, communications, or a related field. Agency experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
