ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This role supports high-volume direct-response lead generation campaigns across Google Ads
accounts focused on performance, profitability, and operational consistency.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working inside live
accounts daily. This is not a set and forget media buying role — success comes from spotting
issues early, understanding performance trends, and taking initiative before problems impact
results. You'll work closely with the Lead Media Buyer, helping execute strategy while gradually taking
ownership of optimization and account management responsibilities over time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Build and launch Google Ads campaigns — keywords, ad groups, negatives, ad copy, geo targeting, and scheduling
- Monitor campaign performance daily across Google Ads, CRM, call tracking, and reporting sheets to catch trends and profitability issues early
- Run search query analysis to cut wasted spend and find growth opportunities
- Conduct daily and weekly account audits — bids, pacing, disapprovals, search terms, and segmentation
- Validate and troubleshoot conversion tracking across Google Ads, GA4, and GTM
- Keep accounts clean — naming conventions, structure, reporting, and documentation
- Test and iterate ad copy, audiences, landing page rotations, and campaign variations
- Send concise daily updates on work completed and next actions via Telegram or Loom
WHAT MAKES SOMEONE A STRONG FIT:
- Hands-on Google Ads experience running real campaigns (certifications alone won't cut it)
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Google Sheets with formulas, pivots, and reporting workflows
- Able to validate conversion tracking and troubleshoot attribution issues independently
- Strong written English and clear, proactive communication
- Reliable overlap with US Eastern Time business hours
- Self-directed — follows SOPs, flags issues early, and solves problems without hand-holding
