The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 1 year of combined experience in marketing coordination and graphic design
- Proven experience supporting marketing activities (preferably traditional marketing) alongside basic graphic design tasks
- Hands-on experience creating or editing marketing materials such as proposals, resumes, brochures, and visual assets
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (required); InDesign is a plus
- Ability to work with templates and enhance documents, including formatting, layout adjustments, and basic image editing
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for professional documentation and coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with CRM or content/document management tools is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and brand standards
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Collaborative and able to follow direction from marketing leads
- Must be based in Pampanga and willing to follow a hybrid work setup
Your Daily Tasks
CRM Management
- Enter and maintain data accurately
- Update project and client information
Marketing Collateral Updates
- Update resumes, project profiles, brochures, and proposal-related materials
Proposal Support
- Provide basic support in proposal preparation
- Assist in preparing proposals for bidding and client presentations, primarily for US-based projects
Nature of Marketing Work
- Focus on traditional B2B marketing rather than digital or social media marketing
- Exclude involvement in social media management, SEO, and content publishing for digital platforms
- Produce proposal-driven and client-facing marketing materials
