Job Purpose
The
Junior Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the execution of the brand's marketing strategy and ensuring the seamless delivery of day-to-day promotional activities. This role serves as a vital bridge between strategy and execution, transforming marketing concepts into engaging content, coordinating with vendors, and monitoring digital performance.
In addition to core marketing tasks, this role takes ownership of the brand's KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and influencer marketing efforts identifying, engaging, managing, and evaluating content creators to drive awareness and engagement across digital platforms.
The primary goal is to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement across all platforms while ensuring all activities are on-brand, on-time, and measurable.
Job Responsibilities
- Digital Content & Social Media Support: Draft and proofread engaging copy for social media posts, newsletters, and digital ads. Coordinate with the creative team to ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Maintain and update the brands monthly content calendar across all relevant platforms.
- KOL and Influencer Management: Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with potential KOLs and influencers who align with the brands target audience. Manage the end-to-end coordination of influencer collaborations, including product seeding, content briefing, and timeline tracking. Monitor and report on influencer content performance and audience sentiment.
- Marketing Operations & Campaign Support: Assist in the rollout of promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches. Liaise with external vendors (printers, event suppliers, or agencies) to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and within specifications. Coordinate logistics for marketing events, photoshoots, or brand activations.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media engagement, email marketing, and influencer campaigns. Consolidate digital performance data into weekly or monthly reports to help inform future strategies. Monitor competitor marketing activities and flag relevant digital trends to the team.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 12 years in digital marketing or social media coordination. Must have a portfolio or work samples demonstrating digital campaign execution and prior exposure to KOL/influencer coordination (outreach, briefing, and reporting).
- Competencies: Strong written communication in English and Filipino with high attention to detail in proofreading. Proficient in managing content calendars, meeting tight deadlines, and using MS Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Personal Qualities: An organized, detail-oriented proactive communicator who is a fast learner and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Location: Based within Metro Manila (amenable to a Hybrid setup with once or twice a month onsite reporting or as needed.
