Junior Marketing Assistant - Unpaid Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Assistant to join our start up. You will report directly to the development manager and assist with all functions of marketing and design. Your primary focus will be to assist with creative projects, including design, copywriting, and editing, and respond to requests from senior marketers.

To ensure success as a Junior Marketing Assistant, you should have a good working knowledge of basic Social Media, the ability to learn quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment. Ultimately, a top-class Junior Marketing Assistant provides valuable support to the design team while continually improving their design skills

Junior Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

The Junior Marketing Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing activities in the Marketing Department. The Junior Marketing Assistant will be expected to work on a variety of projects, and will be trained in each of the following areas:

-Social Media Management: Utilize various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engage with customers.

• Event Planning: Manage event marketing and execution.
• Marketing Communications: Create print or digital marketing collateral such as email campaigns, web copy, or brochures.
• Creative Services: Develop ideas for new products and services using creativity and innovation to increase sales.
• Market Research: Gather information about competitors, customers, market trends, or other research topics to develop effective strategies.
• Product Development: Assist with product development by analyzing customer needs and product specifications, determining prices, or creating packaging for products.
