As a Junior Marketing Analyst, you play a vital role in supporting our data-led marketing decisions. Working closely with the Marketing Strategist, you help turn market insights and campaign results into practical recommendations that drive growth. This position sits within our Strategy Track and offers a defined progression from Coordinator to Analyst and, over time, to Strategist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Track and evaluate campaign performance against defined KPIs and targets
- Prepare data reports and ROI analyses to support strategic and business decisions
- Analyze customer behavior, insights, and feedback to refine audience targeting and messaging
- Assist the Marketing Strategist during campaign planning, review, and optimization cycles
