Shift: Philippine Time, 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday, following Philippine holiday schedule

Interview Processing Timelines from End to End

• 2 weeks

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system requirements, specifications, and technical documents.
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test plans.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Perform different types of testing including: Functional testing, Regression testing and User acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand product features and requirements.
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable bug reports with reproducible steps.
• Verify fixes and perform re-testing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and methodologies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Hands-on experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to identify edge cases and think from an end-user perspective.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
