Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire logistics process, ensuring timely and accurate completion in line with SOP
- Coordinate and monitor shipments to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive shipment records within the company platform
- Collaborate effectively with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to fulfill logistics needs as per client guidelines
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields
- 1-3 years of work experience in a logistics environment; Experience in forwarding or manufacturing company, exporting to US and other international markets is preferable
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good Command of both written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup), PowerPoint, Outlook, MS D365
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
