Junior Logistics Engineer Relocation to Abu Dhabi Required

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Target Start Date: Q3 2026

Monthly Compensation: AED 9,400, approximately USD $2,560

Contract: Two-year fixed-term contract, renewable

This is a full-time, site-based position requiring relocation to Abu Dhabi. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

The employer will arrange the UAE employment visa and cover the initial mobilisation flight where required. However, accommodation, local transportation and meals are not provided and must be covered by the employee from the monthly compensation.

Role Overview

Despite the Junior title, this is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have at least five years of direct construction-site logistics or site-engineering experience.

The Junior Logistics Engineer will develop site-logistics plans, supervise Logistics Foremen, coordinate plant and material movement, manage welfare areas, monitor vertical and horizontal transportation, support commercial tracking and ensure compliance with site-safety standards.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of construction-logistics or site-engineering experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, plant operations, access routes, hoists, lifting activities and site establishment.
• Experience supervising foremen or site-based ground teams.
• Understanding of construction regulations, permits, quality standards and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Experience using logistics-planning software.
• LEEA Certified AP+ is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work fully on-site.

Employment Conditions

• Monday through Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• 24 working days of annual leave.
• 180-calendar-day probation period.
• 30-calendar-day notice period.
• Medical and life insurance provided.
• Overtime is not applicable.

Candidates whose experience is limited to supply chain, transportation, warehousing or procurement will not be considered unless they also have direct construction-site logistics experience.
