Junior Lead Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Junior Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of teaching English as a second language (ESL), preferably online. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of teachers, training and auditing their performance, and teaching full-time during peak slots.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of FTE teachers
• Train and audit teachers
• Teach FT during peak slots
• Develop and implement lesson plans
• Create and maintain a positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the success of all students

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years ESL teaching experience (online platform is preferred)
• Experience in handling teachers
• Excellent command of the English language
• Must be a team player
• Possesses the initiative to get the job done
• Can work with minimal supervision
• TESOL/TEFL/TESL Certified candidates will be prioritized.
