Performs exploratory and advanced analytics to identify customer trends, credit behaviors and portfolio risks.
Develops and delivers impactful analytical insights to strategically guide credit underwriting, optimizes portfolio management strategies, and drives risk mitigation efforts against potential credit losses.
Monitors key performance indicators related to customer behavior, credit risk and portfolio quality.
Serves as a strategic partner to business units to define and design reporting and analytical requirements, scoping, and opportunities for improved data analysis, delivery, and prioritization.
Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Job Requirements
Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related courses
Knowledgeable in SAS software or sufficient training
Preferably minimum 3-5 years of experience in data science and analytics roles in industries such as banking/finance, market research, telecommunications, insurance, and other related disciplines
Experience in statistical analysis
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, database management
Preferably with experience working with credit bureaus (e.g. TransUnion, CIBI,CRIF, etc.)
