Coordinates within ITD, responds and resolves all system / application issues.
Designs and maintain expertise in flow of application processes and systems.
Administers and resolve systems / applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
Performs root cause assessment and debug all issues on server domain, and availability of applications.
Coordinates with Applications Development Department and concerned business units in RCBC and administer code migrations in various environments and production outputs.
Provides support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation for all issues and solutions.
Manages application configuration and upgrades, and problem analysis and resolution for application/system related issues.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science
5+ years of proven experience in application support capacity
High proficiency with Windows based application / system and database management
Practical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and networking
Proven work experience as an Application Support, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
Ability to understand the logic flow of programming
