Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Lawyer position based on-site at Mawis Law Office in Makati. The Junior Lawyer will draft legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing briefs, and providing support during court proceedings. The role also involves in client consultations, managing case files, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys and contribute to ensuring accurate and effective legal representation for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and drafting legal documents
• Proficiency in Negotiation and Analytical Thinking
• Knowledge of Civil, Criminal, and Corporate Law
• Attention to Detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• Adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards
• Bachelor's degree in Law with admission to the Philippine Bar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
