Title: Jr. IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with technical issues and provide troubleshooting support for workstations.
- Monitor client environments and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed time logs for all tasks performed.
- Assist with software patching, backups, alerts, antivirus updates, and hardware monitoring.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve client issues effectively.
- Maintain open communication with colleagues and team leaders.
- Support engineering teams and project managers to meet project deadlines.
- Attend to call queues regularly and assist with special projects as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in technical tasks and client support.
- Certifications are a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of Server and Network administration.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients.
- Experience in supporting small to medium-sized businesses is advantageous.
- Familiarity with structured cabling is a bonus.
