Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This position has been created to support the Infrastructure Delivery Team globally with various operational and administrative tasks. It will require you to communicate with internal teams, external clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage infrastructure client order forms and tickets across various platforms.
Validate order details with Sales Operations before submission to clients.
Track clientsigned order forms to ensure accurate invoicing in coordination with Invoice & Sales Operations teams.
Manage opportunities, updates, and documentation in Salesforce.
Notify clients of service activation and ensure proper tracking of cancellations.
Communicate with vendors to terminate or update connectivity as required.Maintain documentation of all new and ceased connectivity in the appropriate systems.Support process optimization and automation initiatives alongside the Head of Infrastructure Delivery & Operations.
Update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with relevant changes.
Prepare internal and client quotes and report exchange usage metrics.
Your Profile
1-3 years of experience in IT coordination, service delivery, operations, or customerfacing roles.
Educational background in business administration, IT, or a related field preferred.
Customer facing with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Positive, proactive, and adaptable in a fastchanging environment.
Capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Customerfocused approach with a cando attitude.
Technical Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required)
Basic familiarity with network terminology or IT infrastructure concepts.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and order management systems.
Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate).
Understanding of terminology used in sales contracts or order forms.
Working Hours: Approximately 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
