Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Management
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and market trends.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, risk, and strategic impact.
- Establish and monitor product success metrics (KPIs) to measure product performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear product objectives and actionable user stories.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders by managing expectations, facilitating discussions, and ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on product progress, milestones, risks, and roadmap changes to leadership and stakeholders.
Product Delivery & Lifecycle Management
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring development efforts focus on delivering the highest business value.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Quality Assurance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Customer & Market Focus
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights, industry trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring products deliver meaningful business outcomes and exceptional user experiences.
- Drive continuous product improvement by incorporating stakeholder feedback, customer insights, and performance analytics.
Agile Product Ownership
- Act as the Product Owner within Agile teams by defining, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams to remove ambiguities, clarify requirements, and maximize product value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- With 2–3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Project Management, Systems Analysis, or related roles.
- Proven experience in developing and managing product roadmaps and executing product strategies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms is an advantage.
