Job Description
- Administer and optimise Entra ID to enforce RBAC across systems and applications
- Work closely with HR and IT to streamline identity lifecycle processes
- Facilitate the Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) process to ensure accurate access controls
- Establish SOPs for Identity Operations
- Manage user, service, and admin account lifecycles securely
Privileged Access Management
- Review and administer Entra PIM for elevated access controls
- Perform UARs (User Access Reviews) for privileged accounts
- Develop processes for monitoring inactive/orphan accounts
- Coordinate with Platform team for logging and monitoring of non-compliant privileged activities
- Oversee Just-In-Time (JIT) access provisioning
Access Governance
- Support periodic access reviews (every 3–6 months)
- Ensure IAM compliance reporting
- Facilitate Application Access Management activities
