Job Description

The Junior HR and Admin Associate will provide day-to-day support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, timekeeping, and HR administration. This role is ideal for individuals starting their HR career and looking to gain hands-on experience in core HR practices.

Work setup: Hybrid (2-3 times a week onsite/ if needed)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial screenings and reference checks.
  • Handles new hire orientation

2. Employee Records & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases.
  • Support in monitoring attendance, leaves, and timekeeping reports.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, memos, and certifications.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support HR in administering surveys and gathering employee feedback.
  • Provide basic assistance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and policies.

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
