Are you passionate about helping Filipino employees get better access to healthcare FindShare is looking for a motivated Junior Healthcare Solutions & Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for promoting our HMO (Healthcare) and Wellness solutions to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and HR leaders. Instead of just selling, you will be helping companies provide essential medical security for their workforce. This is a perfect role for a results-driven professional who enjoys client interaction and wants to build a career in the healthcare technology space.
- Identify and reach out to SME business owners and HR managers to introduce our cost-effective healthcare and payroll bundles.
- Use digital tools and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) to build a pipeline of interested companies.
- Conduct online and face-to-face presentations to explain the benefits of our healthcare partners and digital platform.
- Assist clients through the onboarding process, ensuring their employees are successfully registered in the system.
- Maintain relationships with our existing Rewards Partners to ensure the ecosystem remains active and engaging.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service. (Experience in Insurance or Healthcare is a plus but not requiredwe will train you!)
- College degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or any related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and hunting for new leads.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- A people person who is persistent, organized, and results-oriented.
