We are looking for an ambitious, growth-oriented EntryLevel 3D Blender Modeler & Animator who also brings a solid understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. In this role, you will help bridge the gap between 2D assets and 3D visual environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3D Creation: Build, texture, and light clean 3D assets and environments in Blender using real-world data, reference images, or vector data.
- Animation & Rendering: Configure camera setups and animate camera flythroughs or spatial rotations to showcase structures and data clearly.
- Vector Processing: Take 2D shapes, architectural footprints, or logos from Adobe Illustrator and cleanly extrude or inflate them into working 3D objects.
- Image Processing: Use Adobe Photoshop to edit images to drape smoothly over 3D models.
- Organization: Maintain tidy folder trees, logically named layers, and structured incremental files so updates can be applied without breaking workflows.
Qualifications & Technical Requirements:
- Blender (0–2 years experience): Knowledge in 3D Modeling, procedural shading, basic camera animation, and rendering via Cycles or Eevee. 3D scene and asset labeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, or any related degree
- Adobe Suite: Practical understanding of vector tracing/paths in Illustrator and texture preparation/layering in Photoshop and video editing in Premiere Pro
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughly reviews all work for discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies that others might overlook.
- Portfolio/Showreel: A collection of your work showing at least 2–3 completed Blender scenes and examples of your graphic design or texture work.
