Job Description:
Conducts various types of land and property survey, including but not limited to:
Prepares and process survey returns for consolidation and subdivision for submission and approval
Reviews and validates survey returns and plans prepared by previous contractors and external Geodetic Engineers.
Provide technical support on-site regarding boundary disputes, location issues, and survey-related concerns.
Processes and interprets field data using appropriate surveying and mapping tools.
Prepares detailed survey reports addressing real property concerns and technical issues.
Acts as Chief of Party during field surveys when required.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks on survey work performed by internal teams.
Prepares and presents weekly technical progress reports during technical meetings covering ongoing work, field activities, and key site updates.
Coordinate with external surveying firms for Request for Proposals (RFP), and ensures timely communication and follow-us, and progress updates on awarded projects.
Monitors and evaluates the performance of external surveying firms, ensuring compliance with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards, and recommends corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in land surveying or related field.
Knowledgeable in land surveying principles and practices.
