Job Description
Job Responsibilities of the Junior Fund Accountant:
- Prepare Net Asset Value (NAV) packages in line with internal policies
- Maintain accurate fund data, including setups, updates, and closures
- Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and investment managers
- Support audit processes and respond to auditor queries
- Collaborate with global teams for timely service delivery
- Process fees, billing, and revenue reports
- Prepare management reports (KPIs, AR, profitability)
- Ensure data integrity across systems and databases
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Junior Fund Accountant Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables required)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Exposure to Geneva or data tools is a plus
