About the Product

You'll be working with a US-market product company building a Financial Copilot for small businesses.

The product is designed for low-tech and no-tech businesses in the US - helping them manage finances with clarity and simplicity, without relying on complex tools or systems.

The engineering team is small (3 developers), highly hands-on, and deeply involved in product and technical decisions.

• Develop user-facing features using Next.js
• Work on backend services with Node.js
• Build features end-to-end, from idea to production
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering
• Take real ownership in a small, fast-moving dev team

1. Junior to early Mid-level developer (or equivalent experience)
2. Strong JavaScript /TypeScript fundamentals
3. Hands-on experience with Next.js and Node.js
4. Strong problem-solving and independent thinking
5. Ability to operate without step-by-step instructions
6. Mindset and potential matter more than formal education
