Junior Financial Analyst

We are Hiring! Financial Analyst

Sage Solution Philippines is seeking for a Financial Analyst that is passionate about financial modelling. You will work with a team of professionals to create and analyze financial models, ensuring they are reliable.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and updating comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.

• Develop and refine assumptions, parameters, and scenarios under the guidance of Consultants and Managers to ensure model reliability.

• Perform sensitivity analysis to validate model assumptions and outputs, aiding clients in making informed decisions.

• Perform valuation analyses (DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables)

• Assist the CEO on day-to-day operations.

• Support preparation of pitch decks, teasers, and data room materials.

• Assist in fundraising processes, including financial analysis for investor discussions

• Work across multiple projects in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

Required Skills

• Financial modeling skills (3-statement, scenarios, sensitivities)

• Solid understanding of Financial Statements and Accounting Principles.

• Ability to translate financials into clear analysis

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills is a must.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Would be able to do write-ups on financials.

Background

• Fresh Finance graduate are open to apply.

• Experience in transactions, fundraising, or deal execution preferred

• Exposure to startups / growth companies is a plus.

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
