Pointwest is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst who will provide financial insights, support strategic planning, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong grasp of financial reporting, modeling, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, forecasting, and project support to senior management
• Prepare financial reports and variance analyses
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of historical and current financial data
• Develop financial models to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and maintain data confidentiality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering and reporting
• Propose improvements to financial processes and reporting methods

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome)
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial/statistical tools
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• High attention to detail, multitasking, and strategic thinking
• Ability to handle confidential data and work in a dynamic environment
