Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing and recording of expenses, invoices, and receipts.
- Support bank reconciliations and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Support in monitoring and tracking staff reimbursements, petty cash, and credit card expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UK financial regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Willingness to learn and develop in a finance role
Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday 1pm-10pm (Manila Time)
Work Location
- Home-based
- Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
- Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
