Your Role
As An E-commerce Support Specialist / Analyst, You Will
- Manage repetitive day-to-day ecommerce tasks with consistency, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Audit the website to identify onsite experience issues, content gaps, and conversion blockers that may impact customer journeys.
- Analyze ecommerce data and performance trends to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
- Execute processes across multiple systems, including CMS platforms, analytics tools, and AI-powered applications.
- Support merchandising and conversion optimization initiatives to improve customer engagement and online sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality ecommerce operations and digital execution.

- Confidence in following structured processes across various systems and tools.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn about e-commerce platforms, digital growth strategies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong content judgment.
- Comfortable using technical tools such as AI platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems.
Preferred Skills / Expertise
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, merchandising, customer behavior, and conversion optimization.
- Previous experience analyzing ecommerce data or supporting digital retail operations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, website content management, or online merchandising workflows is an advantage.
