Operationally, MyPharma works across pharmacy, customer service/coordination, third-party fulfillment, and supply chain, with strong compliance standards to ensure medicines are genuine and safe.

For 2026, the business plans include expanding digital ad campaigns, launching telehealth integration, piloting subscription models, and exploring self-service kiosks in high-traffic areas.

Role Description

The Junior Marketing Manager helps execute marketing plans that grow MyPharma's e-commerce business. You will run campaigns, coordinate content, track results, and work closely with internal teams and partners. You will also support 2026 initiatives such as expanding digital ad campaigns, supporting telehealth launch, piloting subscription models, and helping promote self-service kiosks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly campaigns (promos, category pushes, seasonal themes) aligned with business goals.
  • Support paid media execution (Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplaces): briefs, asset requests, coordination, and reporting.
  • Manage the content pipeline for e-commerce (product pages, banners, email/SMS, social posts).
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure on-time publishing across channels.
  • Coordinate with Pharmacy/Compliance and Operations to ensure campaigns reflect authentic, compliant, and FDA-approved product claims where required.
  • Improve retention programs (welcome flow, reorder reminders, reactivation, referral support, subscription tests).
  • Track performance weekly (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, AOV, repeat rate) and recommend clear next steps.
  • Monitor competitors and customer feedback, then propose practical changes.
  • Support partner activities (influencers, affiliates, strategic tie-ups) when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 24 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce marketing, or brand marketing (healthcare/pharma is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of performance marketing and analytics (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 or similar).
  • Strong coordination skills: can manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple deliverables.
  • Good writing skills for ads, product highlights, and customer messages.
