Job Description
This is a dynamic and creative role whereyou'llconceptualizedesigns and producespecificationsfor factoriesfor licensedhomeware productsacross theEMEA region.You'llwork closely withSr Design Manager, as well as ourlicensingand production teams to ensure that alldesignsarevisually compelling, brand-compliant, and production-ready. The ideal candidate is a talented designer with a keen eye for detail, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to balance creativity with accuracy.You'llthrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing ideas during creative brainstorms and cross-functional collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Working on customer briefssuited for the EMEA handwriting
- Work cross-functionally with other teams
- Assistintrend research and market analysis to help shape seasonal direction
- Artworkingdesigns for both licensor approval and factory readyspecification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degreein Graphic Design, Visual Arts, ora relatedfield.
- 2+ years of experienceas a Designer or Artworker, ideally within alicensed designorconsumer productsenvironment.
- proficiencyinAdobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Demonstrated ability to applybrand guidelinesaccurately acrossdesigns
- Knowledge ofmanufacturingprocesses and materialsa plus
- Keenattention to detailand quick learner
- Licensing experienceor familiarity with licensed consumer goods is aplus
- Collaborative and proactive communicator with strongorganizationalskills.
- Amenable to work 3:00PM12:00AM, Monday to Friday
