Location: GH Tower, San Juan – Greenhills

Salary: ₱35,000 + Night Shift Differential

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day database operations and data-related requests
- Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve data or system-related issues
- Monitor database performance and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders
Qualifications
- At least 2years of experience in:
Database Support / Data Analysis / IT Support
- Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Experience with data validation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or production support
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
