Job Description

The Junior Database Officer will be responsible for gathering information and maintenance of database for listings and local research publications and internal use of the company. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gathers information and maintains Colliers databases for listings and local research publications and internal use.
  • Responds to queries of clients regarding the available office space listings.
  • Supports the head of the Colliers database Team in updating, improving and innovating RE Connect
  • Supports the Office Services team in preparing presentations for clients, if any
  • Supports the research team in conducting quarterly field works

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Graduate of Economics/Business Management or other related courses;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral);
  • Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Preferably with a working knowledge of data and statistical software packages
