The Junior Database Officer will be responsible for gathering information and maintenance of database for listings and local research publications and internal use of the company. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gathers information and maintains Colliers databases for listings and local research publications and internal use.
- Responds to queries of clients regarding the available office space listings.
- Supports the head of the Colliers database Team in updating, improving and innovating RE Connect
- Supports the Office Services team in preparing presentations for clients, if any
- Supports the research team in conducting quarterly field works
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Graduate of Economics/Business Management or other related courses;
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral);
- Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Preferably with a working knowledge of data and statistical software packages
