Position Title: Data Analyst
Set up: Hybrid (1-2 days / month)
Site: Paranaque
Shift: fully flexible to work 2nd shift (mid-shift) and 3rd shift (night/graveyard shift) schedules.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Data Quality Analyst to join our team. In this entry-to-junior level role, you will play a vital part in supporting our data migration projects. You will learn to analyze client data, assist in creating technical design documentation, and perform vital quality checks to ensure data is converted accurately according to client standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Content Review: Assist in analyzing and reviewing client source data to identify inconsistencies, formatting errors, or missing information.
- Documentation Support: Help create and update basic data mapping matrices, design documentation, and data dictionaries based on guided instructions.
- Quality Checkout & Testing: Run standard data validation checks and compare source data against converted outputs to ensure 100% accuracy and completeness.
- Issue Reporting: Document and log data errors, bugs, or anomalies found during the conversion process and report them to senior analysts or developers for resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to understand client requirements and continuously learn data standards.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates of Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related field are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic to Intermediate SQL knowledge (ability to write basic queries, SELECT statements, and filters).
- Good proficiency in MS Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas like VLOOKUP/IF statements).
- Familiarity with basic data concepts (tables, rows, columns, and data types).
- Core Skills: High attention to detail (spotting errors easily), a strong willingness to learn, and clear communication skills.
