Junior Data Analyst

Junior Data Analyst to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accurately onboard clients into the company platform
- Monitor assigned client accounts and optimize account performance through budget, bid, segmentation, and ROI improvements
- Prepare and conduct regular client trend and performance reviews
- Resolve technical, product, and account-related issues in a timely manner
- Document all client interactions and account activities accurately in HubSpot
- Recommend product improvements and appropriate solutions based on client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client retention and overall account performance
- Analyze account performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Proactively identify potential account risks and recommend solutions before issues arise
- Support customer retention, revenue growth, and upsell initiatives
Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent customer service and account management skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to identify issues proactively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HubSpot is an advantage
- SQL experience is a plus
Technical Requirements:

Location: This is a remote job
Salary Package:
- Starting at PHP 40,000.00
