Job Description
This role focuses on monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics through accurate and timely reporting. It involves diagnosing trends, generating reports from daily to yearly intervals, and ensuring that all data for the assigned division remains current and reliable.
Key responsibilities include reviewing duplicate records, correcting inaccurate or incomplete data using multiple data sources, and creating standard quality control reports to identify and resolve data issues. The role also requires implementing effective processes for data collection, cleanup, maintenance, analysis, and validation to maintain organization-wide data accuracy.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and a strong attention to detail to ensure high data accuracy. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are also important for collaborating with leadership and team members.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should be analytical and curious in interpreting data patterns, organized and strategic in aligning reports with business needs, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
