Junior Data Analyst (Open to Fresh Graduate)

MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferably graduate of Accounting, Management Accounting, Economics, Management or Banking and Finance.

-Preferably with at least 6 months experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

-Knowledgeable in financial statement and able to do basic financial analysis

-Ability to think strategically; must be detailed oriented; ability to handle responsibility in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment; professional demeanor and attitude; strong intuitive and interpersonal skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assesses the company's credit worthiness and financial condition

2. Provides exposure to various industries and companies

3. Interacts with key officers of inquired companies

4. Analyzes and prepares business information reports and comprehensive business information reports

5. Ensures releasing of report within the turn-around-time (TAT)

6. Completes at least (9) reports per day

7. Performs any other duties assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The Data Operations Analyst Junior reports directly to the Team Leader of Vendor Information Report (VIR), but maintains close working relationships with the Data Operations Analyst Senior of VIR and different teams in Operations, Sales and CS Team.

WORKING CONDITION

The employee will be working in a hybrid set-up.

MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferably graduate of Accounting, Management Accounting, Economics, Management or Banking and Finance.

-Knowledgeable in financial statement and can conduct financial analysis. With at least 6 months of related work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

-With good verbal and written communication skills.

-Can effectively plan and organize to meet deadlines, keen observer, result-oriented, computer-literate, confident, personable and can work with a team.
