Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst for a full-time role based in San Juan City, Metro Manila. In this position, you will support data collection, cleaning, and analysis to inform decision-making. Responsibilities include:
- generating reports
- creating dashboards and visualizations
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide data intelligence
- analyzing large datasets
- creating and delivering presentations to internal and external clients
In this role, you will be working under and reporting directly to the Head of Data Services and will be housed under the Analytics team.
Qualifications
- Data analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of statistical methods, data cleaning, and data validation techniques.
- Programming knowledge - Python is preferred
- Experience with database management and familiarity with SQL or other query languages.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting data findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Knowledge/experience in the following specializations is a plus: Big Data Analysis, Geospatial Analysis, Data Mining, Optimization Algorithms
