Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Support Analyst to support global database operations and benefits benchmarking initiatives. The role involves data management, survey validation, reporting support, and collaboration with international teams to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain understanding of HR policies and practices across assigned countries and regions
- Manage and maintain the quality of survey questionnaires through: Data cleaning, Macro reviews
- Validation of country-specific provisions
- Ensure compliance with approved: Processes, Workflows, Templates, Training materials
- Utilize various tools and platforms for: Data collection, Data processing, Reporting and analysis
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Collaborate with global team members to share best practices and support process improvements
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and operational excellence
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Support reporting and benchmarking activities for consulting and analytics initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in: Business, Technology, Mathematics or other Related fields
- 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience working with databases is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Contract Duration: 6 months (with a possibility of extension depending on business needs / performance
Work Setup: Hybrid (4x/month RTO in BGC, Taguig)
Shift: Dayshift and Nightshift available
