Job Summary
The Junior Cost Accountant is responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of cost reports, budgets, and inventory valuations to support accurate financial reporting and cost control. The role involves monitoring production costs, validating cost data, and ensuring proper allocation of expenses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on costing experience, specifically in the food industry (seafood processing experience is a plus).
- CPA is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Odoo or other ERP experience is a plus).
- A detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, who can work well both independently and in a team.
- Willing to work onsite in Timog, Quezon City
