Compyl is an enterprise-grade Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) SaaS platform based in NYC. We are a connectivity engine that integrates with hundreds of security tools to automate risk management, compliance, and auditing. The Mission
Support the core product team by building the foundational elements that power our platform and our Agentic AI systems. You will work across the stack, developing Blazor components, writing efficient CQRS handlers, and learning the intricacies of building secure, autonomous software agents.
Requirements
- C# / .NET Foundation: Solid understanding of C#, relational databases, and object-oriented programming (professional experience or strong academic background).
- Full-Stack Appetite: Eagerness to learn and build in Blazor for the frontend and Onion Architecture on the backend.
- AI-Ready: Eagerness to use tools like Cursor or Claude Code to accelerate your development, learn our codebase faster, and explore AI orchestration.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to strictly follow engineering guidelines, such as using CompylBase components and ensuring Playwright selectors are perfectly mapped.
- High Growth: A desire to work in a high-accountability environment where you are encouraged to take ownership of your work early on.
