Junior Collection Analyst

The Treasury Collection Analyst is responsible for monitoring customer payments, following up on unpaid balances, checking payment records, and making sure customer accounts are accurate and updated. The role also assists in resolving billing and payment concerns.

What Kind of Candidate Are We Looking For

- At least college level / undergraduate.

- With 1 to less than 3 years of related work experience.

- Has basic knowledge of collections, accounts receivable, or payment monitoring.

- Comfortable making follow-up calls and sending emails to customers.

- Has good communication and customer service skills.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with reports and numbers.
