Junior Cold Caller (American shift)

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in demo scheduling via calls - min 2 years
• Experience in communication with clients - good communication skills for making calls and sending emails - min 2 years
• Ability to follow-up with people before and after events like webinars and trade shows
• Experience with CRM tools is helpful
• Organized and responsible to manage multiple tasks, including reminder calls and demo scheduling
• Friendly attitude during calls, demo scheduling process and invitation process to webinars/events
• Professional and amiable attitude in communication both with prospective partners/ customers and colleagues
• Eagerness to grow and gain experience in event coordination, sales, and partner management
• Willingness to learn and assist with downloading and qualifying leads by using different tools

Desired Qualifications:

• English advanced level
• Experience as a Call Assistant, Customer Support Manager
• Knowledge of Spanish language is a big plus

Responsibilities:

• Qualification calls/emails after webinars and trade shows/conferences - schedule demos with leads
• Reminder calls to attend - for live/virtual events (1-2 days before the event - NAKIVO events, webinars)
• Calls to marketing contacts - schedule demos, invite to webinars/events
• Partner reactivation campaign - help to reactivate non-active partners (calls, emails, demo schedules)
• Calls to prospective resellers after marketing campaigns and invite them to the demo/webinar/event
• Help and substitute a colleague - download event leads to CRM, qualify event leads
• Worked 6-8 hours per day (US shift)
