Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and develops target customer segments across the Ireland and UK markets, including agencies, SMEs, trades, and consultants
  • Researches industry trends, customer pain points, and market opportunities to refine targeting strategies
  • Develops and tailors value propositions and outreach messaging based on client needs and business objectives
  • Provides market feedback, insights, and recommendations to support business growth and service improvement
  • Builds and maintains high-quality prospect databases including key decision-makers, contact details, LinkedIn profiles, and company information
  • Executes personalized outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns using multi-touchpoint outreach strategies
  • Generates qualified leads and schedules product demos for prospective clients
  • Qualifies prospects based on established criteria to ensure high-quality demo bookings and pipeline efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Office Administration, or equivalent
  • With at least 3 to 5 years experience in Business Development
  • Full-time position; remote work arrangement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Amenable to work Irish Standard Time
