Qualifications
- A graduate of information technology, business, math, or its equivalent.
- Advanced to superior proficiency in MS Office applications most especially in MS Excel.
- A working knowledge of a programming language (SQL) or any Business Intelligence tool (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) would be an advantage.
- Exceptional English communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Forefront liaison for client management of needs into data actions and reports.
- Identify and interpret data, analyze results (trends and patterns), provide ongoing reports to clients.
- Use statistical and data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data.
- Prepare reports and presentations that summarize the results of data analysis, including actionable recommendations.
- Conduct training for the use of Sandman's top software for both mobile and web applications.
- Establish, improve, and maintain detailed data integrity procedures to ensure data quality.
- Create documentation for various services which serves as a baseline for future use.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as requested by clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT professionals, QA and HR-Admin team, to achieve project goals.
