What You'll Do:

The Junior Brand Business Development willlead the development and execution of influencer and celebrity partnership strategies to drive brand campaigns and accelerate business growth. Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with agencies and talent management teams, while owning end-to-end negotiations and contract execution. Oversee the full lifecycle of collaborations from onboarding through campaign launch, ensuring seamless delivery, brand alignment, and maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain direct connections with influencer and celebrity agencies or management teams.

2. Handle partnership inquiries, quotation requests, and commercial negotiations.

3. Negotiate rates and contractual terms to ensure cost efficiency.

4. Manage contract signing and coordination of collaboration details.

5. Follow up on execution timelines to ensure a smooth campaign launch.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in business development or influencer/celebrity partnership.

Must have contacts with influencer or celebrity agencies/management teams.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Outgoing, persuasive, quick-thinking, and energetic.

Excellent English communication skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
