Job Description

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic understanding of Azure cloud concepts and services.
Familiarity with scripting (Powershell, Bash).
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
Exposure to Windows/Linux environments.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
Support automation of deployments using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure CLI.
Monitor resource utilization and optimize for performance and cost-efficiency.
Implement security controls, compliance measures, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud service incidents, including log analysis.
Assist monitoring teams in resolving alerts from SCOM, LogicMonitor, or similar tools.
Provide technical support for cloud-based business applications.
Collaborate with Cloud Engineering teams on projects and issue resolutions.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and system updates.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and backup strategies.
Assist in network configuration (VNet, HSGs, VPNs, ExpressRoute).
Support identity and access management (Azure AD, RBAC).
Contribute to DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Stay updated on Azure services, certifications, and emerging technologies.
