IT By Design is looking for Software Developers with 612 months of experience who want to build a career in automation and AI-powered IT operations.
Selected candidates will undergo an 8-week Automation Bootcamp where they will be trained on:
- MSP (Managed Service Provider) operations
- Rewst automation platform
- Microsoft Copilot
- Microsoft Power Automate
- API-based workflow automation
After training, developers will work with U.S.-based MSP clients to design and implement AI-driven automation workflows that improve IT operations.
This role is ideal for developers who enjoy problem solving, APIs, automation, and building intelligent workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build automation workflows using Rewst, Microsoft Power Automate, and Copilot
- Integrate APIs and automate repetitive IT tasks
- Support automation initiatives within Microsoft 365 environments
- Collaborate with senior automation engineers to develop scalable workflows
- Test and validate automation scripts before production deployment
- Troubleshoot automation failures and workflow errors
- Document automation processes and improvements
- Identify opportunities to automate manual IT processes
Required Qualifications
- Software Developer with 612 months of experience
- Basic knowledge of:
- APIs
- JSON
- Scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell preferred)
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
